Oh man! Where to start? When I started working with Dee I was already on my fitness journey. I was going to Hot Worx five days a week and eating somewhat clean. I was very hard on myself and tried to go at everything at once. When I met with Dee for the first time, she had me start with just a 30 min walk and 50 squats, that was not a lot for me because I had been doing more before hand, but I listened to her and stopped what I had been doing and started doing only what she suggested. After a week or so she slowly started adding things to my list. Walks turned into 45 minutes (mind you, she kept me accountable and made me send her screenshot proof from my watch-which was huge for me) she added a certain amount of water and a journal. I wasn’t the best with the journals but they did help a ton! After I got use to those she incorporated my daily workouts and even let me workout with her and hike!

What helped me the very most was starting with one thing and slowly adding to it instead of jumping right in and getting burned out. I never thought of half the stuff she had me do so having that perspective changed it for me! I’ve never had a coach (I’ve had many) that took it so personal and cared as much as I did. I didn’t go a day without a conversation from her. She helped with everything I needed from mental, physical, and emotional. She’s changed my life for the better and I can’t recommend her enough! I am still going strong and don’t plan on stopping!

Dee not only helped me achieve physical health but also boosted my emotional health with journal work and writing to comprehend where some of my limiting beliefs came from so I could conquer them. I had never had a life coach before Dee and can I just say I needed this. I so happy I was able to come across Dee and find someone who I could relate to and trust to help me find more self growth in my personal and professional life.
